Before Shipping

When our self-designed products are produced, they will be sent to our own warehouses around the world first. Then when a customer places an order on the website nyxigaming.com, we will automatically select the warehouse closest to the mailing address filled in by the customer for shipment.

This can greatly shorten the time for customers to receive the ordered products.

About Delivery

Our delivery time consists of two parts

Order product packaging time: After receiving an order from nyxigaming.com/nyxigame.com, we need to select the product ordered by the customer from the warehouse, check the product quality, and finally pack it for logistics delivery.
Shipping time: After the products ordered by the customer are sent from the warehouse, these products will be transported by sea, land, and air. This part of the time varies depending on the selected transportation method.

Regarding the fees, we have prepaid the customs duties, and generally, no additional fees will be incurred.

Can I change/cancel my order once placed?

Once an order has been placed, we can change your order before it leaves our warehouse and once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. Once you receive your order, you can return it using our returns portal.

Can my percel be redirected？

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Can I delivery to a PO Box address?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your NYXI order.

How long will my pre-sale order take?

Please allow 15-25 working days for your order to be despatched (excluding weekends) for pre-sale items. Orders that have both a in stock and pre-sale item cannot be split into two separate shipments.

Why my order is cancelled?

Your order may be canceled due to temporary non-delivery of logistics, exceeding the risk management rules, etc.
