1. NYXI is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you get a new replacement within 6 months of the order date (Membership for 1 year), and just pay $10 for shipping!
2. We do not accept any returns after 6 months from the order date (Membership for 1 year).
3. If your package was damaged in shipping you can contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped we will refund your payment when you reject it and we receive the package.
