Below are some terms and conditions for the return and replacement of our products.
Hassle-Free Promise means you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery. Sign up for membership to enjoy 6 months' warranty. Sign up here.
1. NYXI is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you get a new replacement within 30 days of delivery (Membership for 6 months), and only need to pay $10 for shipping!
2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery (Membership for 6 months).
3. If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.
4. Cancellation of Order
- Cancellation request if the order is shipped: If you want to cancel the order once it has been dispatched, Please reject the parcel at the time of delivery so it will automatically be returned back to us. We will issue a complete refund once the package will be returned back to us.
- Cancellation request if the order is not shipped: If you want to cancel the order immediately and it is not dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.

- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For warranty claims related to product quality, please attach video or picture for a faster service;
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
