Our Hassle-Free Promise means you can return your purchase for up to 6 months with no questions asked.Subscribe to the mailbox to join the membership, you can enjoy up to 1 year warranty.We want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us!

We know which shipping companies are best at getting your order to you quickly and safely. So on every order we select which shipping carrier is best suited to meet your needs.

Return Policy

1.NYXI is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you get a new replacement within 6 months of the order date (Membership for 1 year), and just pay $10 for shipping!

2.We do not accept any returns after 6 months from order date (Membership for 1 year).

3.If your package was damaged in shipping that you can contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4.To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped,we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped we will refund your payment when you reject and we receive the package.

5.We support free returns for no reason within 7 days after receiving the goods.

 

Refund Process

 

  1. Contact support@nyxigaming.com for a refund.
  2. NYXI support will reply within one working day. 
  3. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
  4. Return the products.
  5. After the goods are received, NYXI will arrange a refund within 3 working days.

 

Notes

 

-Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

-Returns must include all accessories;

- Items must include original packaging;

- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;

- For warranty claims related to product quality, NYXI will refund the full cost of the product.

- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
