Operating Procedure
Step 1: First, please use a computer (Windows system) to download our upgrade package on the official website
Step 2: Please open the upgrade package on the computer, at this time the "Update Firmware" button is gray on the interface
Step 3: Please turn off the joycon, and please do not connect to the switch console at this time
Step 4: Please press and hold down the L3 button on the left controller
Step 5: After finishing the above operations, please use the switch controller's charging cable we provided to connect the USB interface on the computer. Then insert the TYPE-C port on the other end of the charging cable into the switch controller's interface.
Note: At this time, you still need to keep the operation in step 4, press the L3 button all the time, then connect the cable.
Step 6: Now, the gray button on the interface will be lit, click the "Update Firmware" button, the updated process finishes. The switch controller can be unplugged after the light is on
Step 7: The switch console must be restarted after the updated process, then connect with the switch controller.
