There are more than 40 countries/areas where nyxigame.com ships to. We are unable to deliver to mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses for temporary residence.

Delivery Times

When customers place an order on nyxigame.com. NYXI will ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time.

About Delivery

Our delivery time consists of two parts

Order product packaging time:
After receiving an order from nyxigame.com/nyxigaming.com, we need to select the product ordered by the customer from the warehouse, check the product quality, and finally pack it for logistics delivery.
Shipping time:
After the products ordered by the customer are sent from the warehouse, these products will be transported by sea, land, or air. The delivery time is depends on the selected transportation method.

Regarding the fees, we have prepaid the customs duties, and generally, no additional fees will be incurred.

Delivery Address

A complete, correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be able for us to change the shipping address. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly. To change or cancel the order, please email support@nyxigame.com within 24 hours after order is placed.

Lost/Damage Packages Due To Shipping

If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and contact us at support@nyxigame.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.

Which regions are eligible for local shipping?

For customers in the United States purchasing the NYXI Wizard Purple Style Controller/NYXI Hyperion Wireless Controller, you can enjoy express shipping with a delivery time of 2-3 days.

How can I purchase NYXI‘s products in Brazil?

Due to local policies in Brazil, nyxigame's official website currently does not support shipping to addresses in Brazil.
However, customers in Brazil can purchase our products through Amazon. Please be aware that there may be import taxes due to platform policies, and delivery may take 15-20 days due to remote shipping.

Can I delivery to a PO Box address?

Mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses for temporary residence are all addresses that we are unable to deliver to. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your NYXI order.

Why my order is canceled?

Your order may be canceled due to temporary non-delivery of logistics, exceeding the risk management rules, etc. Please contact us at support@nyxigame.com for help.

Why can't I purchase the NYXI's products in Mexico?

Due to shipping policies, some regions in Mexico are unable to place orders.
However, customers in Mexico can purchase through our Amazon. Due to remote delivery, the delivery may take 7-9 days.
